I'm trans femme and I adore Amirra. I appreciate the way she holds space and encourages me during electrology. I feel comfortable being real with her, and trust her to hear and affirm me when I need to ask for an adjustment of some kind. Safety means different things for different people, but for me it means feeling like I can be myself because she's being herself. I've tried other electrolysis providers. They were "nice". Amirra is kind, fun, and experienced. She's Good People--easy to vibe with. Also her studio is so stylish and cozy! Happy to have found her.
Amirra is amazing! I always leave feeling so good - inside & out!! As an aging queer woman I was feeling self-conscious about the “whiskers” I started getting more & more of as I entered perimenopause. Amirra was so affirming and made me feel both comfortable and less anxious. I love how excited she gets when she pulls out a hair with a big root! She will even sometimes exclaim “Look at this guy!!” and show me the follicle:):) She makes me laugh while doing something painful & that makes it so much better. Every time I leave Amirra I feel recharged & beautiful!
